Peggy Hunt designed some of the prettiest dresses during the 1940's and 1950's! I love this one and acquired it from an estate I handled that had some of the most incredible 1950's dresses and evening gowns! This dress is so beautifully made with blue lace over a cream silk built in slip dress and a built in tulle skirt. There is a back zipper and and the bodice is trimmed in a pretty pale cream silk organza. I would estimate this dress to be a modern day US size 8.
